The "Site" may cancel the registration of the "User", and any content or information that "User" has posted on the "Site" and/or prohibit "User" from using or accessing the Service or the location (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service or the Site) for any reason including the explanations stated above, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it believes that you are under 18 years of age.

Information Technology Act & Indian Laws

We mainly providing wireless services. In accordance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Government of India), Telecom Tariff Order 1999 (Forty Fifth Amendment 2007), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act 1997 & 2000, and the common law of conduct, these Terms and Conditions are valid, binding, and enforceable for all persons that access our website, the web pages, or any part thereof. So, if you do not agree to be bound over by these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use our services. The reasonable use of our website shall automatically bind the Users to this agreement. It is vital to understand that communication should be between known persons. The User has to provide his/her mobile number that acts as the User’s identity while using our products and/or services. By registering on our website, the user explicitly agrees to update finotium.co.in whenever there is a change in the status of his/her mobile number.

Changes to the Terms and conditions

The site may amend its terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. If there's any change made within the Terms and conditions which will be notified to the User you by posting an announcement on the location in order that the User is usually conscious of the Updating of the location from time to time. The User is liable for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service in order that you'll be apprised of any changes.

Purchase Agreement

Users cannot use the service to harm/abuse anyone or any firm. User cannot use any bad words within the text that harms an individual directly or indirectly. The User understands and makes a transaction only after accepting all of our terms and conditions mentioned below.

Recharge Dispute

Please don't refund user until we refund you, if you are doing so it'll be your loss. Please dispute your transaction within 7 days of transaction date else we will not able to check that transaction. We have following two
dispute system

Account Validity Once your balance is more than 10000 Rs you must need to do KYC with us otherwise you will not able to use any service.

We generally your account 3 Months validity by default each time from the date of Last Login.

Account Termination

We have the right to forfeit the all/partial credits and terminate your account at any time if we found you using it for illegal campaigns or in breach of DND agreement or any terms and conditions listed on this page.

Pricing Policy

Pricing is bound to change anytime as we went. This may not have any effect on your already bought, however, when TRAI or other gov. regulations hikes/decreases the base price, we have the right to increase/decrease your Recharge Margin without any prior notice.

Legal Action on Illegal Usage

We track the IP & geolocation of your logins every single time and are saved in our database for security. Any illegal use, if found, we'd first terminate your a/c and might take action on you if the case is in severe breach of ours & Gov's terms and conditions.


All sales of Recharge are final and there'll be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Finotium services private limited is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number. However, during a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the location, and money has been charged to your card or checking account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on info@finotium.co.in or posting us a message on the Contac US page. In such a scenario you'll be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number Goter Web Services OPC Private Limited shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you'll be refunded the cash within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email. 

Any top-up payment/advance payment which is received from retailers/distributors deposit the advance payment to his retail account for, the retailer/distributor does not use the amount for goods & services and  he wants his payment to return in this case after one month of deposit, the retailer need to give refund request to us, once we will get refund request from the retailer, the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via the same source

We have a 24x5 (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) billing system available for neft and imps. Remember we only accept payment directly from the bank, not from any 3rd party website or any company. Some times billing may take 24 working hrs.

 Refund Policy

We do not have any refund policy, funds transferred to us will never be refunded. So kindly test our services well before making any future transactions.

Account Termination / Change on Margin

we reserve the right to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserve the right to increase/decrease margin/surcharge on any operator anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserve the right to terminate/suspend any of their customer accounts on violation of our terms and conditions or abuse or any harassment.

Our Terms & Conditions may change often, so kindly check the page once in a while before making any commitment.
